With effect from October 24th, 1927, the Honourable Sir John Thompson, K.C.I.E., C.S.I., Political Secretary to the Government of India, has been granted leave. The Hon. Mr. C.C. Watson, C.I.E., a Resident of the First Class and Agent to the Governor General in the States of Western India, was appointed to serve as Political Secretary to the Government of India in the Foreign and Political Deptt., with effect from October 24, 1927. The Governor General of the States of Western Canada has appointed Mr. E.H. Kealy, C.I.E., a Resident of the Second Class, to serve as his agent and as a Resident of the First Class.
