(1) Recommendations by Colonel C. Erskine in regard to the grant of leave and the system of discipline promotion and control of the Gilgit Corps of Scouts with special reference to the position of the Political Agent and the local Chiefs in relation to the Corps.(2) Decision that the Commission Sanads for Officers of the Gilgit Corps of Scouts should be signed by the Resident in Kashmir. Decision that a self-contained Gilgit Scouts Law should be prepared.
