(1) Major-General Sir Sturat Beatson, K.C.S.I., C.B., permitted, for special reasons, on relinquishing charge of the appointment of Inspector-General of Imperial Service Troops, to hand over charges of his appointment at Bombay by telegram to the next senior Inspecting Officer to Imperial Service Troops. (2) Appointment of Lieutenant-Colonel Grimston, C.I.E.,India Army, from the forenoon of the 27th April to the 16th May 1907, inclusive, to carry on the current duties of Inspector-General, Imperial Service Troops, in addition to his own duties as Inspecting Officer, Central India Imperial Service Cavalry.
