Forwards, for the orders of Government, copy of a letter, No. 178-10, dated 19th December 1863 and 23rd January 1864, from the Bheel Agent, transmitting the vernacular proceedings of a trial in a case of murder held by the Jhabooa Durbar, and recommends for sanction that the sentence of death passed upon the prisoner ``Bukta`` may be carried into execution.
