Approval by His Majesty`s Secreatry of State for India of the action of the Government of India in prohibiting under the Sea Customs Act the importation into British India of the Japanese newspaper entitled The Islamic Fraternity published by Maulvi Muhammad Barkatulla, and of the action of the Bombay Goverment in notifying it under the Press Act. Suppression of the newspaper by the Japanese Government.
