Proposal that in the cases of those officers who were on leave subsequent to 1st April 1892, they should be permitted to draw at the Home Treasury and differences between the rate at which their leave allowance were actually paid and that admissible at 1s.-6d (the rate sanctioned by the Resolution in this Department, No.3624 A., dated 18th August 1893.)
