Prosecution of Mr. R.B.Lovett, Loco Shops Moghalpore, under ss. 381 & 408, IPC and Clause (3) of Ordinance XIX of 1944. Discussions whether cosnent under s. 270(1) of the G.I. act was really necessary in this case since it was doubted whether the accd. committed the offences in the execution of his offl. duties.
