Decision that with effect from the commencement of 1889-90 the charges on account of Grants-in-aid of Educational Institutions and Vaccination and Dispensaries which are at present borne by the Secunderabad Contonment Fund,should be transferred to the Secunderabad Abkari Fund,that the Grant-in-aid of Contonment Conservancy should cease and that the charges for the Lock Hospital should be borne by the Contonment Fund.
