Draft of a Letter to the Board of Trade, requesting that Mr.Pote may be informed that the Board do not desire to confiscate the saltpetre seized by him , that he should furnish a Report showing the number of private manufactores of saltpetre in Behar and the output of each, desiring that all applications for allotment of tonnage ont he Companys ships may be admitted,that an estimate of the unoccupied tonnage on these ships may be furnished, and intimating the trasfer of Mr.Tomlinson, their Accountant, to the Revenue department and the appointment of Mr.W.Cumming to act for him.
