Question for the Parliament of India any prof. K.T shah and shri Dwidas regarding (i) the number of officers of the I.C.S and of the armed forces holding king's commission or present day member of the I.A.S. have expressed a desire to retire from 15.8.47 TO 31.1.51before the date due fo rretirement under the ordinary seervices rules; (ii) what pension , gratuity , comensation o rother indemnity or allowance paid snactioned or made payable to such personal :(iii)have any such person been re-employed by the Govt in or under any Ministry o fthe central Govt by the Govt or any state Govt inIndia in any statutaory corporation Board or commission of the Govt of India in or outside India or in any private industry enterprises profession or service directly or indirectly aided protected or encouraged by Govt in any post likely to give undue advantages to such employees B'coz of his past experience of or connection with Govt departments?
