L. S. to Secretary Naval Commander in Chief acknowledges his letter of the 24th September last relative to the disposal of seamen on their being discharged from the General Hospital enclose copies of letter from the Medical Board & from the Town Major also state that the Marine Board will be directed to report the allowance they would recommend to be granted for the subsistence of those men at a Puch house.
