Letter from Messrs Fairlie , Gilmore and Co. to Mr. R. Lawson and Capt. V. BUrgh , owners of the Union, returning Capt. Burgh`s protest stating that a ship collided with a pilt schooner , and requesting them to ask the government to have the damage sustained by the ubion repaired at the expense of the Pilot fund as this will prevent similar accidents in future.
