Board - With reference to the orders in the Secret Department remonstrate against the plan of diverting Pilot Vessels from their destination and against the measure of employing Individuals of the Pilot Establishment on Foreign duties Enclose a Statement, and for reasons stated, recommend the purchase of a small Vessel & suggest that the Command of the Packet Vessels be given to persons out of the Service also request a re-consideration of the probibitory orders of Government forbidding Pilots from binging the Commanders and Officers from His Magestys Ships from Saugn to Calcutta.
