To Board - With copy of an Extract from the Proceeding of Government in the Military Department and Stating that for reasons specified in it the whold expence for the construction of a Wharf at Diamond Harbour shall be delited to the Marine Department and desiring them to depute a Committee to Report on the best plan for erecting the Wharf and theprobable ecpence of it.
