From Officiating Post Master General Submits copy of a letter from Mr. Babington Mail Contractor in the line between Raepore and Sumbhulpore, and recommeds that Mr Babington be alowed to draw Horse contract rates for Horses placed by him on half the line of road in question from 1st January.
