To Secretary - Approves of the Scheme above submitted involiving a cost of Rupees 13560 per annum and sanctions the ,,,,,, establishment of a College at Kishnagar dated of 4 Zillah School in connection with it and the Houghly Civil at an annual cost of Rs. 32000 Sanctions also an annual Grantof Rs. 6960 for assimilating the system of Scholarships in existing Institutions with the seal proposed for the new Colleges and Schools.
