Secretary Asiatic Society - I reply to letter of the 18th February last requesting to be furnished with a copy of the Secietys Journal for the use of Dr. Brandis Superintendent of Forests in Pegue states that the Council of that Society regret their inability to comply with that request. the Societys publications many of which are out of print and not available are advertized for sale at fixed prices and Fr. Brandis can have such Volumes of them as he may require on application in the usual way.
