To Secretary Bengal Chamber of Commerce - In continmation of letter dated 30th May last forwards extant para 1 to 48 of Superintendent Electric Telegraphs Report dated 6th Ultimo and Extant Para 1 of the reply of thsidate and in Explanation of the delay that has accurred in the receipt of messages addressed to the Chamber furnishes Extract paras 12 and 13 of the Same report and informs that no message public or private can be detained for any other Message not sent in a state fit for transpression. Desires that the Chamber would direct its Agents at Bombay to prepare messages agrecably to prescribed Rules Limiting 160 Words for Messages prepared at Bombay from in formation given by the Agents.
