Secretary - In reply to letter of 24th March forwards one from the visitor Thomason College of Civil Engineering at Roorkee relative to the future designation of that collete and the bestowal of scholarships to its students in memory of the late Lieut. Governor intainly the Lieut. Governor concurrance on the proposal with a slight modification and recommends them for sanction.
