Read a Despatch No. 76 of 1859, dated the 4th August, from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, intimating - Para 1st - That the undermentioned Civil and Uncovenanted Servants of the Bengal Establishment have been permitted to return to their duty Vizt. Muster, Superintendent of Salt Chowkies, Calcutta, who in April last was granted an extension of leave for 6 Months in view to his submitting on application to this Government for permission to retire having now produced Certificates of improved health, has been permitted to return to his duty by the Ship Alfrea appointed to sail on the 5th September 1859, Para 3rd - That the undermentioned Civil Servants certificate for the periods specified Vizt.
