Secretary Bombay - Acknowleges communication of 19 December and the information furnished therein will be made use of by that Government on receipt of necessary instructions regarding the course to be pursued in Carrying out the new scheme of Emigration from Bombay to British Guiana and with reference to letter of 14th Febuary 1857 requests to be informed whether it is intended that there shall be Emigration of laborers to Grenada as well as to British Guiana in conformation to the Provision of Act XXXI of 1855 or according to the system of Private Agency in Bombay for either British Guiana and Grenada requests to be imformed whether the appointment of such an officer of each of those colonies willbe required.
