Appointment of Mr. R.F.Lowis, 2nd Assistant Superintendent of Port Blair, to officials as 1st Assistant Superintendent, vice Mr. A. Brown, with effect from 18th April 1912, officiating promotions in the Port Blair Commission to fill the vacancy, vice Mr. H.H. Tayler, 5th Assistant Superintendent, and reversions due to the return of Mr. Lowis to duty.
