With refernece to ex.home deptt no 614 of the 17th June 1853 trnamsits ext court. letter stating with reference to an appns. for a definite order as to what public officer should be exsmpted from the payment of ferry tools that the rules as ist stands seemed to govt sufficienty definte and that they condur in the opinion that no new order was requred .
