Plural marriages-Proposal for amendment of rule 18 of C.C.S. (C) Rules, 1955 for substituting the word 'Spouse' for the word 'wife' and also making provisions prohibiting:- (i) Female Govt. servants marrying a person who has already a wife living and (ii) A Govt. servant who has no wife living from marrying a woman who has a husband living
