Payment of share from the proceeds of entertainment and betting taxes to N.D.M.C and Cantonment Board. Decision:-(1) That these payments are grants-in-aid except in the case on Motor Vehicles and Terminal Taxes. (2) Authority for audit in the case of grants to NDMC is AGCR and in the case of Cantt. Board, Controller of Defence. (3) That statutory authority should be provided for payments of Entertainment and Betting Taxes to N.D.M.C and Cantt. Board
