Appointments-Class II Services-F.P.C.S-Questions whether letters of appointment to a Central Service Class II recruitment to which is made centrally through the F.P.S.C. should issues from the Government of India and whether in such cases the Governor General will be deemed to be the appointing authority in such cases. Decision that appointing authority in such cases is the authority to whom powers have been delegated by the Governor General to make appointment, and that it is desirable that in order to avoid misunderstanding all letters of appointment etc. should also be issued by that authority
