Question whether land notified for acquisition under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 can be acquired under the D.D. Act, 1957. (i) Decision that land can be acquired under the DDA, 1957 after cancelling the notice for acquisition issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. (ii) Compensation will have to be given when notice for acquisition issued under section of the L. Acquisition Act, 1894 is cancelled
