Inability of the Government of India to sanction a special allowance of Rs. 250 a month to Lieutenant-Colonel G.H.D. Gimlette, C.I.E., who is performing the administrative work of the Residency Surgeon, Mysore, in addition to his military duties, with effect from the 13th July 1917. Grant of authority to the Hon'ble the Resident in Mysore, to distribute duty allowance of Rs. 400 attached to the post of the Residency Surgeon, Mysore, at his discretion between Lieutenant-Colonel G.H.D. Gimlette, Major E. C. C. Maunsell, I.M.S., and Captain C.H. Cross, R.A.M.C., who are performing the duties of that appointment, with effect from the 13th July 1917
