Decision that when an application for extension of leave is received from a Government servant on leave in Europe, North Africa, America or the West Indies, the Local Government will inform the officer whether or not there is any objection to the grant of the desired extension, and if the extension is approved, instruct him to apply to the High Commissioner for India for the formal grant
