Appeal of Babu Ajodhy Pershed Bajpai against the orders of the British Envoy, Nepal, regarding his dismissal from Government Service British Legation, Nepal, Decision that Baby Ajodhya Pershad Bajpai should be re-instated in Government service with effect from the 31st March 1928; and that during the period of his absence he should be granted full pay of which he would have been entitled had he not been dismissed from service and that he should be granted actual travelling expenses, not exceeding T.A., at tour rates etc. to and from home on dismissal and re-instatement in service
