The Punjab Government informed that (1) it was the intention of the Government of India to permit Mr C.C. Garbett, I.C.S., to draw Exchange Compensation Allowance while employed as settlement officer, Mandi State and (2) there is no objection to the orders regulating Mr Garbett's pay and allowances being made applicable to his Locum tenens
