Request by the Govt. of Bombay for directions from the Central Govt. under Sec: 109 of the S.R. Act, 1966 to the effect that the District Local Board Banas-Kantha shall cease to function in respect of the Abu Road Taluk- Decision that no Central adaptation were necessary and that the State Govts. might agree among themselves, and if necessary, adapt the relevant Acts mutually so as to solve any outstanding difficulties
