Partitioning, joining time, and compensation: (1) Granting dearness allowance to employees who choose to work in India while they are on the surplus list. (2) Instructions for joining times are given to the old BA and NW Rlys employees who choose to work in India and are placed on the waiting list before being integrated into the Indian Government Rlys. (3) Payment of compensation to former BA Ry employees while they are on the excess list
