Proposals that (1) 'A' Grade of the unified scale of pay should be made applicable to the Assistants and upper division clerks and 'B' Grade to 50% of lower division clerks in the presses and branched of the stationary and Printing Government and (ii) a charge allowance of Rs. 30/- and Rs. 20/- p.m respectively may be granted to the Assistants and Clerks doing supervisory duties dropped
