(Uniforms) Railway Uniforms Committee, 1957 Report of the and Board's decisions there on. (i) List of categories of staff to be given uniforms sent to the Railways (ii) Board laid down the revised styles of uniforms and sea of supply for 19 principal categories for the remaining categories, the Railways should fix one or other of these styles by comparing the duties with those of the principal categories (iii) Commercial clerks and gangmen not to be given uniform; but on Railways where they are at present given uniform, present practice may continue; as an exception Research and Enquiry clerks on all Railways should be given uniform (iv) for certain odd categories who are at present given us for whom uniforms have not be recommended by the uniform may continue; (v) khadi, which is used at present for certain should be replaced by blue will made drill; (vi) The revised atyles and acales to be given of fact from the winter of 1963-81 and summer of 1964, but the uniforms made in the existing styles should be exhausted; (vii) Railways may continue the existing scales of supply of protective clothing
