Application of contract Labour (R & A) Act 1970- (1) Representations from contractors on N.F. Rly against application- Forwarded to Labour Ministry- NF Rly Adm. advised that provisions of the Act should continue to apply (2) Clarification to Railways Procedure for registration of establishment by employer -Security Deposits by contractors -Mode of advance payment and its subsequent recovery by contractors at the time of disbursement of wages to contract Labour (3) The stay order of the court against implementation of the provision would operate only against the establishment unless stay orders are obtained separately by the owners of those establishment (4) It is not incumbent on each Principal Employer to register separately collective registration of all establishment of a Principal Employer which fall within the jurisdiction of the same registering officer is permissible
