Western Railway- Limitation of hours of work of Stores Depot Staff attached to workshops- whether such staff could be brought under the averaging clause- Orders issued in consultation with F(E)I to Western Railway (i) in partial modification of para 2(e) of letter No. E(LL)73/HER/MA/3 dated 29.7.74 that the clerical staff of the Stores Depot attached to workshops may be deemed to be governed by the principle of averaging and their hours of work and overtime regulated in terms of letter No.E(LL)73/HER/MA/3 dated 11.6.74 these orders not extended to other Railways (2) The question of increasing working hours in certain workshops or to maintain status - quo, being local in nature may be decided by them in consultation with their FA/CAO in the light of the extent rules
