Proposal made by South Eastern Railway to increase the per capita payment to S.B.F. in order to allow for the admission of expenses related to providing relief to Railway patients at T.B. Hospitals/Sanatoria, as discussed at the C.M.O. meeting held in the Board's office on April 23-25, 1956. Decisions: (i) The annual contribution to the S.B. Funds on C.L.W., I.C.F., and Rly Board fixed at ad-hoc rates; (ii) The rate of contribution from revenues to the S.B. Fund of all Indian Rlys (except the S. Rly) raised from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 4/- per head p.a.; and (iii) The creation of a separate S.B. Fund for the R.D.S.O., effective from 1-4-1958
