A, dated 19-8-58, should be interpreted to refer to locations or jurisdictions where the necessary type of educational facilities are available. iii) Additional explanations concerning the requirements for admission to hostels with subsidies were provided. Administrations were urged not to open the hostels in any situation, but rather to handle individual admittance cases that are not addressed by the clarifications provided in a way that aligns with the scheme's goals. to anybody outside the offspring of railway workers
