Ministry of Labour and Employment. 1. The Indian Trade Unions (Amendment) Bill 1963, 2. The Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Amendment Bill 1963. It was suggested to the Ministry of Labour and Employment that that Ministry might consider the desirability of introducting in the Indian Trade Unions (Amendment) Bill 1963 a provision to empower the Registerar to intervene and refer disputes in regard to the appointment of any office bearer to the Labour Court for decision if the disputants themselves would not go to the court. As Railway servants had been exempted from the application of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, no action was considered on the Bill proposed to be introduced by the Labour Ministry
