Central Railway. Implementation of the Minimum Wages Act -Clarification whether the different types of works which form part of one scheme of 'Improvement of Water Supply' would be covered by the Minimum Wages Act. Decision that the types of works under the Scheme would be covered by the expression construction of maintenance of roads or building operation occurring in item 7 of the Schedule Part 1 of the Minimum Wages Act. All Railways were advised accordingly
