B.B and C.I railways Hudson, Mr Distt Loco and carriage Supdt - Granted leave prior to retirement prematurely for a total period of twelve month decision (i) All contracts entered into with the G.G in council will be deemed to have been entered into with the appropriation dominion after 15-8-47 (ii) Officers in agreement with the G.G in council can proceed on L.P.R only with the consent of the administration. if such consent is not forthcoming and they still wish to leave the service they are required to give the notice prescribed in the agreement (iii) Officers of the B.B and C.I Railways who have put in more then 25 years service and executed agreement similar to and may wish to leave service prematurity and retire under similar circumstance may be granted leave not exceeding twelve month in all.
