Catering arrangements in the staff training collage at Baroda. Decided that (i) The daily Allowance admissible to the trainee officers and other officers sent to staff Collage Baroda for Special courses may be paid to them at full rates during the entire period of their stay at Baroda in relaxation of Rules 337(2)R-I (ii) Decided that messing arrangements should be made for the trainee officers in the collage thorugh a contractor and that messing under this arrangement will be compulsory for the trainee officers on payment of the fixed rates (iii) Decided that the permanent messing arrangement may be made by M/S D. Aguair & Co., Western Railway Caters at Rs. 6/4/- per head per day with effect from 1-6-52. (iv) Decided that the special class Apprentices may be granted daily allowance of Rs. 6/4/- Per day during the period of their stay at Baroda for Training Purpose
