Southern Railway SC Railway running allow to N. Railway regional of allowance in lieu of mileage to guards undergoing training as section controllers and Drivers undergoing training as power controllers before promotion as section controllers/Power controllers provided they are not accommodated against running posts during the period of training are entitled to allowance in lieu of mileage at half rate or full rate according as free messing is or is not provided to them
