Payment of wages in advance of the Dussehra holidays regulation of North Eastern Railway. Decision that when first four days of a wage period are public holidays and the normal pay day falls within those holidays the G.M. may at his discretion direct payment of pay bill of non gazette staff being made on the last open day before the holidays rule 1653. GI was amended accordingly
