Examination of the question whether persons engaged on Commission basis should be allowed free medical attendance and treatment in railway hospitals when injured during the performance of their duty. Also whether such persons would be covered by the provisions of the workmen compensation Act, 1923. Decision that such persons would be covered by the provisions of the W.C. Act. all railways were advised accordingly
