The current ceiling limit has been raised from 15 to 20 days in the case of certain Cooperative Credit Societies (Banks) when having meetings more frequently than once a month becomes required by bye-laws. Additionally, it has been determined that exceptional casual leave may be granted to Cooperative Credit Societies/Banks based on actual needs, with a cap of 30 days per calendar year. This higher cap would apply to attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors and the Managing Committee, but not during Subcommittee meetings
