Pensions- Govt of India Act, 1935- Section 272- `Pension` as used in that section includes pension of any kind what ever including a family pension payable out of the funds mentroned in Section 273(1) of that Act- Examption also appleas to pensions payable out of the Bengal and Madras Service family pension fund and the Bombay in Covenanted Service family pension fund- Instructions ragarding:-.
