With refrence to teh accompanying Copy letter from teh officer in change of the Judge advocate, General office relative to the conduct of Ensign sums adine, 6th Native Infantry in having apparently fanged a cheque on the delhi Bank purporting to be down in his favor by Lt. 43rd Native Infantry and to the G.O confining the leave granted to the letter officer by the Bombay Govt. to proceed thence to European on medical Certificate reports, that in the Communication which has been addressed to the adjit General of the Bombay army in view to the reply which major young Suggests be required from Lt.memo, being obtained form this officer it still at Bombays it has also been requished tha in the event of the reply being on the negative and, unless the Bombay medical Board, shall certify that his detention might he attended with with Iirsh ot his health , in anticipation of the sanction of the supreme govt.
