Proposals for the grant of compassionate allowances to the families of certain non-officials killed and injured and compensattion to two shopkeepers for losses sustained by them and Nabi kumar Hazra employed in the Budge Budge jute mills who was temporarily incapacitated for work owing to a wound recieved on the occasion of the riot at Budge Budge in Sept. 1914.
